Pharmacie Carlier: a light & dynamic space

More than a point of sale, the owner of thePharmacie Carlierintended to create a meeting point. A space where users had a clear sense of belonging and to which they wanted to return. A set of complementary spaces

This intervention aimed to enhance the Pharmacie Carlier exhibition area, moving the access staircase to the upper floor to the back of the point of sale. This allowed thearchitectsfrom Medd create a point of visual interest and optimize every square meter.

In this way, the new layout uses natural light to create depth and force the user to walk along its entire length. A configuration that also provides a more fluid and intuitive purchasing circuit.

Although it benefits from a unique sense of openness, Pharmacie Carlier's new configuration creates a set of complementary spaces (such as the natural space or the service area) that accommodate users and encourage them to return.

A modern and current aesthetic

We introduced natural materials into this space, to provide a pleasant experience for its users. The cast iron details, present in the ceiling and spiral staircase, contrast with the white surfaces of the furniture and the green of the vegetation. A combination of colors that helps break the monotony of the space, giving it a modern and current appearance.

Here, a monochromatic tone scheme is interrupted by a pronounced color gradient, giving the“Natura & Bio” zonethe role of protagonist. A sequence ofcolorscreated using ceramic mosaic, to attract the attention of users and increase the number of sales.

In this way, as soon as you enter the space, the user's gaze is drawn to the suspended garden. Element created with the aim of reducing the team's stress levels and increasing the retention time of users in this space.
