To create more humanized spaces, the owner must determine the critical processes of the activity and, in conjunction with the person responsible for the renovation or construction project, develop a concept adjusted to the needs.

In this sense, the flow of users must be optimized, through a meticulously thought out layout capable of reducing potentially harmful delays. The layout of the pharmacy must be considered from the moment the user enters the premises until the moment they leave the space in question.

As such, we consider external and internal signage, the definition of work areas and the creation ofthemed cornersas ways to meet the needs of the population, through intelligent and strategic design elements.
