What does a Construction Director do?

In addition to being responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and supervising all processes, the construction manager must closely understand the current technical regulations and control all phases of the renovation or construction project.

What motivates you in this profession?

Mainly dynamism. In this sector, routine does not exist. Every day there is a new challenge and that motivates me. I am honestly satisfied with my choice of profession.

In your experience, what is the design element that works best in the pharmacy?

There are some trends that work very well and are as functional as they are appealing. However, in my opinion, the two elements that really give new life and transform the appearance of pharmacy are thelightingand thefurniture.

Remodel or build?

Developing a project from scratch is easier. Designers and architects have more freedom to respond to client needs. This type of project is, without a doubt, the best way to guarantee that everything will be to the owner's liking.

In contrast, aremodelIt is a challenge with several limitations, mainly in terms of space. However, in these situations, the project becomes more attractive. The challenge of adapting existing space to new business demands is especially motivating, as it requires ingenuity and creativity.

What are the biggest advantages of working with Medd?
