1. Sales representative

The sales representative acts as an intermediary between the team of architects and the owner. He is responsible for promoting a good experience and ensuring compliance with all requirements pre-defined by the customer.

Inarchitecture, this position requires extensive knowledge of all phases of the project, as well as all techniques involved in the construction and/or rehabilitation of the physical environment. He must advise and guide the owner throughout the entire process, serving as a point of reference in case of doubt or agitation. Its main function is to guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the renovation.

2. Construction Manager

In addition to being responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and supervising all processes, the construction manager must closely understand the current technical regulations and control all phases of the renovation or construction project.

Likewise, he must know the construction processes well, as he must work in constant proximity with the contractors and other professionals involved. In supporting the property owner, the project manager must develop a chronological list of activities, check standards, ensure budget control, monitor variations and variants and attest to the quality of the work performed. Its purpose is to ensure that the work is delivered within the stipulated deadline and within the established budget, without any setbacks or obstacles.

3. Architect

According to the definition of the word, architect is “the title obtained by someone who has an academic degree in architecture” and “is registered with the Order of Architects as an effective member”. This is a professional figure dedicated to designing or adapting the built environment, and can work in very specific areas, such as landscaping or rehabilitation.

6. Contractor

The contractor is “the professional responsible for executing the civil construction project”. It is your responsibility to supervise the construction and/or rehabilitation work, organizing all activities carried out on the construction site. He directs the entire work team and assumes responsibility for the risks involved. For this reason, you must ensure compliance with all safety standards, avoiding any accidents or setbacks during the execution phase.

7. Carpenter
